1.Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "xy777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the xy777 platform at xy777.pro, operating under international gaming regulations.
• "Platform" means the xy777 website, mobile-optimised interface, all games, betting markets, payment facilities, and any related services accessible at xy777.pro.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on xy777, depositing funds, placing a wager, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the xy777 Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all interactions with xy777, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access. xy777 does not currently operate a native mobile application; all services are delivered through the browser-based Platform at xy777.pro.

xy777 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3.Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of xy777, or an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written consent from xy777 management;
• You do not have a self-exclusion order in place, whether issued by xy777 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of xy777 complies with local laws applicable to their place of residence. xy777 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

4.Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on xy777, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistan mobile number.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the xy777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or in coordination with others — is strictly prohibited. xy777 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xy777 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Confiscate any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings generated across duplicate accounts;
• Return verified deposit balances at its sole discretion following investigation;
• Permanently ban the associated email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, and device identifiers from the Platform.

xy777 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account without being required to provide a reason for doing so, subject to returning any verified Real Money Balance held in the Account.

5.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xy777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xy777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistan mobile number as an additional layer of protection.

You must notify xy777 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to your Account. xy777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your Account with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — shall be deemed to have been made by you, whether or not you personally authorised such activity, unless you have reported a suspected breach to xy777 in advance.

6.Deposits & Payments

xy777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

By making a deposit to your xy777 Account, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• The payment method used belongs to you personally and is registered in your own name;
• You are not using a third-party payment account, whether with or without that person's knowledge.

xy777 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Deposit page within your Account. These limits may vary based on your account verification level and payment method.

7.Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their verified Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. xy777 will request a government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistan CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, as a security and anti-money laundering measure;
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a Bonus Balance must be fully satisfied before the associated winnings become withdrawable;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction, as displayed in the Account section;
• xy777 typically processes verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.

xy777 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal request pending completion of security, KYC, or fraud investigation checks. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with a reason and estimated resolution timeline where possible.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

xy777 offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all xy777 promotions include:

• Each Player is eligible to claim a specific promotion once only, unless the promotion states otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings;
• xy777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including in circumstances where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse;

9.Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the xy777 Platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and all other markets offered on xy777:

• All bets are final once confirmed. xy777 does not accept bet cancellation requests except in clearly defined circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event prior to any play;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may be adjusted by xy777 at any time, including mid-event for in-play betting markets;
• Manifest errors in pricing (palpable errors) will be voided, and any winnings arising from such errors will be forfeited. xy777 will restore the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance in such circumstances;
• xy777 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, inside information, or any other form of sporting integrity breach.

10.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xy777 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to deposits made to xy777;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any xy777 game or system;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in connection with sporting events offered on xy777;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xy777 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

11.Responsible Gaming

12.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code;
• Use any xy777 trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written authorisation;

Any unauthorised use of xy777 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xy777 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays, where such events are beyond xy777's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services, payment providers, or linked platforms;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including promotional materials and game return-to-player statistics.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xy777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by xy777's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14.Termination of Account

xy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where xy777 reasonably suspects or determines that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provided false or fraudulent registration information;
• Engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to financial sanctions.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting xy777 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met.

15.Amendments to Terms

xy777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xy777 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the xy777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through xy777's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant external dispute resolution body under xy777's applicable regulatory framework. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your Account and the result recorded on xy777's server logs, the server log shall be the authoritative record for the purposes of dispute resolution.

17.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to xy777's operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to xy777's regulatory framework for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints procedure described in Section 16.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
